Partnering with Institute Alumni to Change Paradigms

These are co-created with a collaborative partner to develop courses and resources for a specific application of the harmonized systemic growth framework. The goal is to the change the mindset/approach within the field and expand engagement by including more people in the field to offer feedback, share challenges in implementation in exchange for consultation on the implementation.

Model for Dual Learning in Early Childhood Education

When practitioners show up from a place of first feeling secure in themselves, they are reliably present as the coregulators that young children depend upon to feel secure. Feeling safe and secure is the foundation of their social/emotional development, growth, and lifelong learning. ISG has partnered with program alum Molly Breen, Executive Director of St. Anthony Park Community Nursery School, to develop the Model for Dual Learning, as our first Collaborative Initiative translating the model of harmonized growth to a specific application.

Evolving Therapist Self-Care & Innovations in Therapy

Changing the paradigm of mental health and mental healthcare starts with evolving the care of providers. When therapists, psychologists, and healers of all types experience and develop themselves for Dynamic Renewal, the capacity for shifting the systems that hold us stuck in behavior-based paradigms can be positively challenged in harmonized growth.
