Only with a felt sense of abundance can we foster dynamics of collaboration and growth, working with and through protectors of competition and scarcity. It is our imperative to avoid fueling scarcity or fear of missing out through our marketing and delivery of professional courses and coaching. Certainly, sessions are fixed length and deadlines keep things moving forward. Yet it is our intent that you always see options and can trust yourself to make the decisions that are best for you.

Shelly Melroe, MS, MA, LMFT founded the Institute for Systemic Growth out of a deeply held belief in the human spirit and its unlimited potential to bring about transformation of the lived experience, individually and collectively.

Shelly Melroe, MS, MA, LMFT, ISG Founder
Shelly brings expertise culminating from decades of leading collaboration and innovation initiatives within and between corporate and industry organizations as well as, most recently, running a successful therapy and coaching practice. As a natural integrator with the capacity to see the complex and reduce it to the essential elements, she has developed and created the proprietary model and roadmap to develop people to find ease in ever increasing uncertainty and unknowns, allowing systemic growth to prevail.

Following the model of harmonized growth, the work of the Institute is interconnected with collaborators in the co-creation of materials as well as organically developing coaches to expand capacity.
